Blair Park Services seeks a Safety Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all safety programs. The role entails setting a long-term safety vision, driving a safety culture, and ensuring OSHA compliance across operations.

Applicants should have 5+ years in safety supervision (telecommunications or construction preferred), OSHA 500 certification with OSHA 510 prerequisite, and CSP/CHST are a plus. Strong training, collaboration, and driving a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant safety supervisor experience (telecommunications or construction preferred).
• Completion of OSHA 500 (with prerequisite OSHA 510).
• CHST or CSP designation preferred by BCSP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage safety strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Monitor evolving health and safety regulations and update policies to OSHA standards.
• Partner with customer safety departments and manage contractor risk programs.
• Design and deliver safety training and lead project safety groups.
• Conduct onsite inspections and manage audits and incident reports.
• Lead safety workshops, reporting, and compliance reviews.
