HM.CLAUSE in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Safety and Environment Specialist to lead site-specific safety and environmental programs. You will develop road maps, conduct audits, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data analysis, and training. A minimum of 5 years in manufacturing safety is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Hybrid/onsite options available.

Qualificações

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA, regulatory compliance and related laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good judgement and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Agricultural background is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement safety and environmental road maps across site.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Analyze safety and environmental data to identify trends.
• Perform risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local environmental regulations.
• Coordinate training, drills and safety meetings.
• Lead continuous improvement and deployment of PPE and LOTO programs.
