Job summary

ClearGov is seeking a hands-on SaaS Implementation / Client Success specialist to lead onboarding and adoption for its public sector budgeting platform. You will own end-to-end implementations, serve as the primary client contact, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and meet KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS implementation or client success, with strong project management and training skills.
