Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of inside sales in SaaS.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and drive product adoption.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer success initiatives.
• Manage renewal process and identify growth opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback for Product Management.
