Job summary

Responsibilities include creating route plans, communicating routes to service teams, and producing timely performance reports for supervisors while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems.
• Advanced knowledge of the company’s branch service department as it relates to resources, territory, and scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing software.
• Communicate routes within assigned territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Generate daily reports and provide them to supervisors.
