Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a dispatcher/route planning analyst to optimize daily and weekly service routes at our Hawaii locations. You will use route analysis software and work order data to improve efficiency and report metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and branch managers.

The role requires 1–2 years in dispatch or customer service, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the position offers full-time hours with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of dispatcher and/or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing software.
• Communicate routes within assigned territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Prepare daily summary reports for supervisors.
