Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Dispatcher/Planning & Scheduling professional to optimize daily and weekly routes for assigned branches.

You will analyze plans, resource availability, and territory data, maintaining geographic codes and customer records while reporting metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers. The role requires advanced routing/scheduling software knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling software systems.
• Experience with branch service department resources and territory planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including public speaking.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing software.
• Communicate routes within territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Create summary daily reports for the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
