Job summary

Anduril's Rocket Motor Systems division is seeking an experienced program-management professional to join our fast-paced team in Huntsville, Alabama. You will assess inputs from Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, ERP, and Scheduling to deliver precise plans and timely communications for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of PM/program management/operations experience in aerospace or defense.
• Proven track record delivering complex development programs.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, operations, finance, and sales.
• Excellent communication with government agencies and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing program schedules and flow demand to the shop floor to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan ahead to deconflict competing program interests while balancing capacity to minimize conflicts and overtime.
• Partner with Business Development and Production Operations to evaluate schedule execution attainability and impact on commitments.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for contracted work and proposal demand.
• Foster relationships across production, quality, supply chain, engineering, business development, and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program using cutting-edge methods.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with accountability and ethics.
