Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs. You will own technical planning, cross-functional execution, and risk management, collaborating with the General Manager, Chief Engineer, and engineering teams to deliver Anduril products for government customers.

You will drive execution from concept to deployment, manage costs, schedule, and performance, and bridge communications between program management and engineering while

Qualifications

Strong systems engineering mindset and ability to assess technical concept.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and budgets.
Proven ability to drive on-time, on-budget delivery across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program delivery from concept through delivery.
Coordinate with General Manager, Chief Engineer and engineering teams.
Drive technical planning, risk management and cost control.
Maintain relationships with government customers and partners.
Develop lightweight processes and metrics for program planning.
Bridge Program Managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
