Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Director of Programs in the Rocket Motor Systems division to lead strategic client engagement and program delivery. You will be the primary liaison for military customers, translating operational needs into actionable solutions and coordinating with engineering, product, and field teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline is required.
8–10+ years of progressive experience in program management, sales, or business development in defense/aerospace/government contracting.
Active Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and closing government contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic client engagement for Rocket Motor Systems and key defense accounts.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and field support to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop account plans, sales strategies, and proposals aligned with client needs and Anduril's goals.
Prepare technical demonstrations, briefings, and documentation for diverse audiences.
