Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a senior Risk Solutions Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across underwriting programs, delegated authority, and capacity coordination. You will work with production, underwriting, finance, and external partners to drive launches and sustainable performance.

The role requires deep knowledge of wholesale insurance placement mechanics, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in insurance program management or related insurance services function.
• Deep working knowledge of underwriting operations, delegated and binding authority structures.
• Strong organizational and project management discipline with familiarity of PM tools.
• Executive-ready communication skills for senior leadership.
• Direct CRC Risk Solutions, CRC Underwriting, CRC Select, or similar large-scale platforms experience preferred.
• Familiarity with algorithmic or tech-enabled underwriting platforms preferred.
• Exposure to capacity vehicles, quota share structures, or binding authority programs in wholesale contexts.
• Experience with actuarial, data engineering, finance, or capital markets teams in a program ops capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for assigned Risk Solutions initiatives from planning through launch and operations.
• Maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and accountability frameworks; identify risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate portfolio initiatives with production, underwriting, and capacity management teams.
• Translate data, market intelligence, and partner feedback into actionable execution plans.
• Ensure smooth transitions from program build to steady-state operations with documented workflows.
• Serve as primary operational contact with carrier partners and capital providers on workstreams.
• Track initiative economics including GWP, access fees, commissions, and participation terms.
