U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and dynamic Risk Manager to lead our pursuit of a sound risk and control environment for trustee and custodial relationships in the Institutional Services business.

This highly visible role collaborates with internal partners to drive an enterprise risk management approach to solve key business line challenges. Success will be measured through proactive risk mitigation efforts and collaborative partnerships.

Qualifications

• Typically more than six years of applicable risk or compliance experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management framework for trustee and custodial services.
• Collaborate with RCA peers to ensure regulatory compliance and effective controls.
• Identify gaps and implement risk mitigation across lines of business.
• Serve as liaison between line-of-business and the lines-of-defense.
