Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective Risk Manager to lead the risk and control environment for trustee and custodial relationships within Institutional Services. The role collaborates with RCA teams to drive an enterprise risk management approach and effective mitigation.

Success requires strong knowledge of fiduciary services, ERISA and retirement plans, and excellent analytical and communication skills. The position is onsite three days per week at a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with line-of-business, RCA Managers and other RCA professionals to implement an effective risk management framework.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses from inadequate processes, systems or human error.
• Identify, respond and escalate risks as appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between the line-of-business and the lines-of-defense.
