Kraus-Anderson Realty Company is seeking a Risk Manager in Minneapolis to lead the risk management program, oversee insurance, and guide project teams on compliance and claims. You will collaborate with legal, safety, and operations to mitigate risks and optimize processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication, with knowledge of MS Office 365 and risk management certifications being a plus. Travel is limited.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage the corporate risk management program.
• Provide risk training to staff and project teams.
• Collaborate with project management, legal, safety, accounting and subcontractors to support claims resolution, risk reporting, and compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
• Review subcontractor certificates of insurance for compliance.
• Lead administration of the Builders Risk insurance program and placement.
• Review contracts and incident reports to identify risks.
• Create opportunities for risk mitigation and process improvement.
• Manage subcontractor surety bonds documentation.
