Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HRBP and employee relations experience.
• Experience coaching leaders through complex employee relations and performance issues.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to construction leaders, offering guidance on people-related matters.
• Coach leaders on people leadership, engagement, and accountability.
• Lead employee relations investigations with confidentiality and fairness.
• Drive performance management and GOALS alignment.
• Oversee onboarding and employee experience improvements.
• Support culture, engagement, and enterprise HR initiatives.
• Partner with Talent and HR teams on talent planning and development.
