Job summary

Linesight is a global project and cost management consultancy seeking a Risk Lead to drive risk modelling across high-profile projects. You will lead risk workshops, develop comprehensive risk registers, and provide rigorous assessments of risk impact and mitigation strategies.

This role emphasizes leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. You'll collaborate with risk owners and SMEs, training teams on risk processes while supporting business development

Qualifications

Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline.
Experience delivering a Risk Management Service with a focus on Risk Modelling.
PMI, RMP, IRM or APM certification, or on the path to complete one.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver QRA workshops with stakeholders to review project cost, schedule and risk information.
Engage with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments and costed mitigations.
Develop a comprehensive risk register and risk profile for the project.
Develop stress test scenarios on extreme risk events and present outputs to the team.
Support the risk management team with R&O training and updates on risk processes.
Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients.
