Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Risk Manager to lead risk modelling across complex projects. You will collaborate with senior teams, deliver QRA workshops, and build comprehensive risk registers that drive proactive mitigation.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, cost/schedule risk reviews, and stress testing scenarios. PMI/RMP/IRM/APM certifications are preferred, with 12+ years in high tech, pharma, data centers, infrastructure or oil & gas sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience delivering a Risk Management Service with a focus on Risk Modelling.
• PMI, RMP, IRM or APM certification, or on the path to complete one.
• Grew 12 years in the High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Infrastructure or Oil & Gas industries.
• Experience with risk management tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, SafranRisk, and familiarity with ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict; Primavera P6/Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver QRA workshops by collaborating with stakeholders to review project cost, schedule and risk information.
• Engage with risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments and costed mitigations.
• Develop a comprehensive risk register and risk profile for the project.
• Develop stress test scenarios on extreme risk events and present outputs to the team.
• Support the wider risk management team with R&O training and updates.
• Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects.
