Linesight is seeking a Risk Manager in the United States to work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects. You will lead risk modelling and quantitative risk assessments, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure robust risk governance and timely mitigation. Qualifications
Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline.
Experience delivering a Risk Management Service with a focus on Risk Modelling.
PMI, RMP, IRM or APM certification, or on the path to complete one.
12+ years of experience in High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Infrastructure or Oil & Gas industries.
Experience using industry risk management tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, SafranRisk, ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict.
Familiarity with ISO 31000, COSO, AACE and PMI Risk Management guidelines.
Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking.
Ability to balance analytical and strategic approaches in leadership.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver QRA workshops with stakeholders to review cost, schedule and risk information.
Engage risk owners to develop risk impact assessments and costed mitigations.
Develop a comprehensive risk register and risk profile for the project.
Develop stress test scenarios for extreme risk events and present outputs to the team.
Provide R&O training and updates on risk processes as required.
Support business development to engage new and existing clients.
