Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Risk Manager to join our global project and cost management consultancy in Tempe, AZ. You will lead risk modelling, quantify impacts, and present outputs to project teams and clients, enabling proactive decision-making.

Responsibilities include developing risk registers, conducting stress tests, and mentoring junior risk professionals while collaborating with owners and stakeholders across high-tech, data center and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience delivering a Risk Management Service with a focus on Risk Modelling.
• PMI/RMP/IRM or APM certification, or on the path to complete one.
• 12+ years of experience in High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Infrastructure or Oil & Gas industries.
• Experience using risk management tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, SafranRisk, and familiarity with ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict, and Primavera P6/Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO, AACE and PMI Risk Management guidelines.
• Balance analytical and strategic leadership; detail-oriented and quality focused.
• Enjoy a dynamic environment with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver QRA workshops with stakeholders to review cost, schedule and risk information.
• Engage risk owners to develop realistic risk impact assessments and costed mitigations.
• Develop a comprehensive risk register and risk profile for projects.
• Develop stress test scenarios on extreme risk events and present outputs to the team.
• Support risk management professionals with R&O training and updates on processes.
• Leverage business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients.
