Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting or enterprise products/services.
• Ability to adhere to and champion a structured sales process.
• Life and/or Health and/or P&C licenses (current or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Showcase connections and networking to generate new business.
• Influence and collaborate to create strategic plans and present risk solutions.
• Broaden consultative reach by engaging prospects with tailored advice across solutions.
• Solve business issues using data and analytics from Aon’s research teams.
• Support a team in managing a portfolio of prospects’ business.
