Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead cross-functional international or licensing projects, align with team strategy, and support governance for Panda’s International Core and Licensing teams.

The role collaborates with the Senior PMO, shapes project scope, creates plans, and manages resources across multiple projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder alignment. This position rewards a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Creates, executes and monitors cross-functional international project plans with documented results.
• Determines project scope, deliverables and resources; assigns responsibilities and timelines.
• Collects and analyzes reporting data for stakeholders to drive solutions per market.
• Defines risk and mitigation processes; communicates progress and changes to stakeholders.
• Keeps international teams, partners and vendors aligned and shares knowledge to support decision making.
