Job summary

Pets + People Consumer Products seeks a Regulatory Coordinator to support regulatory affairs across pet treats, toys, and other consumer lines. HQ in New York with hybrid work options, offering a fast-paced environment.

You will organize submissions, coordinate testing with labs and agencies, and maintain documentation while partnering with Product Development and Sourcing to ensure on-time, compliant launches. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Regulatory Affairs or related field.
• 1–3 years in regulatory affairs, quality, or product compliance.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory operations across all product categories for launches and updates.
• Manage registration and testing workflows with external labs and partners.
• Coordinate internal and external testing programs for safety, substantiation, stability, and compliance.
• Organize and maintain regulatory documentation and submission histories.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and risks with cross-functional teams.
• Assist requests by providing documents, declarations, and records.
• Maintain templates, trackers, and process docs to improve efficiency.
