Job summary

SoFi seeks a Risk Strategy Execution Analyst to help implement strategies in the lending space, coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Finance, EPD and Risk Infrastructure to optimize collections within policy.

You will develop detailed business requirements, validate implementations, and drive cross-departmental initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections and operations experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and assess risks.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues promptly.
• Effective and collaborative communication to translate needs into requirements.
• Ability to work well with remote teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement new treatments and strategies across lending products.
• Develop detailed business requirements for small to mid-sized projects and share with partners.
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives with cross-team visibility.
• Validate post-implementation results and propose fixes for defects.
• Identify work streams and coordinate activities within release timelines.
• Track progress and escalate blockers to protect collections performance.
• Offer creative solutions to move initiatives forward despite roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Operations and EPD to align strategy with policy and law.
