Job summary

SoFi in the United States is seeking a Risk Strategy Execution Analyst to help implement risk treatments in lending, coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Finance, EPD and Risk Infrastructure to improve collections efficiency within policy.

You will develop detailed business requirements for projects, validate post-implementation results, and drive cross‑functional collaboration with remote teams to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and state laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections and operations experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and communicate risks.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and support loss prevention.
• Effective and collaborative communication to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of new treatments and strategies across lending products.
• Develop detailed business requirements for small to mid-sized projects and communicate with partners across Risk Infrastructure and EPD.
• Assist with implementation of strategic initiatives with visibility across Legal, Compliance, Finance, EPD and R/I.
• Perform post-implementation validation and suggest solutions to mitigate defects.
• Identify key work streams within projects and coordinate cross-departmental activities within major release timelines.
• Develop internal tracking and reporting on project progress and escalate blockers and risks.
• Offer creative solutions to drive initiatives forward despite roadblocks.
• Work with Operations and EPD to identify gaps in system/operational processes, ensuring policy and regulatory alignment for delinquent customers.
