Job summary

Apache Industrial Services in Houston is seeking a claims professional to coordinate and manage all claims‑related activities across workers' compensation, general liability, auto and property lines. You will work with risk management, safety, legal and operations to investigate, report to carriers, and oversee adjusters while controlling costs.

A bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field and relevant certifications are preferred; 3+ years of claims experience in industrial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, finance, or related field.
• Certifications: AIC-M, CCP, ARM, CRIS, or CPCU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers' compensation claims with adjusters and return‑to‑work plans.
• Investigate and report general liability and auto/property claims to carriers.
• Oversee claims processing, cost tracking, and liaison with brokers.
• Assist risk management with data gathering for forecasting and renewals.
