Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Risk and Control Associate to partner with ERM stakeholders, drive change management, and manage risk programs within the WMFM area. The role emphasizes hands‑on execution and collaboration with the Finance division to enhance risk controls and governance across risk initiatives.

The position requires 5+ years in risk/change management, strong communication with senior leadership, and a FINRA Series 7 license (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of risk management/change management experience.
• FINRA Series 7 license or acquire within 12 months of hiring.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ERM stakeholders to lead change management and communications plans.
• Prepare monthly status reports on progress, impacts, and resourcing for governance meetings.
• Maintain training inventory and onboarding materials for risk team and process owners.
• Own the Third-Party Tools risk program for WMFM tools.
• Develop and execute the WMFM Strategy Risk program with alignment to standards.
• Provide insights to leadership for risk forums and escalations.
• Assist divisional leaders and teams as needed.
• Support ERM policy rollout within WMFM.
