Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Risk and Control Associate (internally titled) to partner with Enterprise Risk Management and lead risk and change initiatives within the Wealth Management and Field Management division. The role emphasizes hands-on execution and collaboration with senior leaders to strengthen risk controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of risk management and/or change management experience.
• Experience leading multiple initiatives or large projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems thinking skills; identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ERM stakeholders to stay informed on initiatives and lead change management plans.
• Prepare monthly status reports with progress, impacts, and resourcing for governance meetings.
• Maintain training inventories and onboarding materials for risk team members.
• Own the Third-Party Tools risk program and assess tools within the risk framework.
• Develop and execute WMFM Strategy Risk program with Enterprise Risk leadership guidance.
• Provide leadership insights for risk forums and escalate emerging risks.
• Support firm ERM initiatives and rollout of policies and standards.
