Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Strategic Analytics Associate within Credit Risk Management. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure we operate within risk parameters and achieve performance goals for our cards business.

You will lead comprehensive analytics, define problem statements, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, leveraging SAS/SQL/Python/Tableau tools and strong quantitative skills.

Qualifications

• A degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, among others).
• Minimum 1+ years of analytics experience.
• Ability to structure and execute analyses with strong analytic, interpretive and problem solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into practical solutions and present concise conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics to measure and challenge key business initiatives and develop solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and drive initiatives end-to-end, from statement of problems to stakeholder buy-in.
• Work with teams to identify performance trends using statistical and data mining methods.
