Highmark Inc. seeks a senior program manager to lead end-to-end risk adjustment initiatives for government programs, guiding cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on strategic objectives.

You will develop scopes, staffing plans, incentive models, and governance structures while communicating with senior leaders and providers to ensure alignment and timely delivery of value.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of project or program management experience.
• 3–5 years leadership experience.
• 3–5 years risk/revenue management experience.
• 1–3 years strategic planning experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (3–5 yrs).
• Consulting and cross-functional project experience 1–3 yrs.
• PMP certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day department operations and staffing decisions.
• Lead Strategic Risk Adjustment engagements, deliverables, resources and outcomes.
• Develop engagement business cases, scope, staffing and incentive models.
• Manage project teams and external consultants, driving changes.
• Report project status to enterprise executives and stakeholders.
• Assess risks to risk adjustment program goals and address issues.
• Stay updated with industry practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
