Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced senior Project/Program Manager to lead Risk Adjustment engagements across government programs. You will work with executives and health plan partners to design, implement, and optimize risk adjustment initiatives, governance, and metrics.

Applicants should have 7–10 years of PM experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with healthcare programs. PMP certification is preferred. This role is based in Salem, Oregon, with potential travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 7–10 years in Project/Program Management roles.
• Leadership experience 3–5 years.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end management of Risk Adjustment engagements and programs.
• Coordinate with executive sponsors and stakeholders on status, risks and outcomes.
• Develop business cases, scope, staffing and incentive models for RPM engagements.
• Manage project teams and external consultants, driving changes to meet goals.
• Ensure alignment with objectives and provide transparent communication.
• Brief executive leadership on strategy, timelines and issues.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement in program delivery.
• Perform mentoring and coaching of team members.
