Highmark Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee end-to-end Risk Adjustment Programs, delivering value to the health plan and beneficiaries through capability analysis, operating model design, governance, and performance metrics.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive sponsors, manage scope and resources, and coach project staff while driving continuous improvement in risk adjustment documentation and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer and Information Science.
• Six (6) years relevant and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Mental Health Services

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day execution of Strategic Risk Adjustment Program engagements with ownership of deliverables.
• Develop engagement business case, scope, staffing and incentive model for RPM engagements.
• Brief executive leadership on project status, risks and issues; ensure alignment with objectives.
