Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage end-to-end Risk Adjustment Programs, delivering value to the Health Plan and beneficiaries enrolled in MA and ACA programs. The role requires designing incentive models, governance, and performance metrics, with oversight of cross-functional teams and executives.

The position emphasizes mentoring, process improvement, and driving program outcomes aligned with strategic objectives across providers and internal teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or six years of progressive experience in lieu of degree.
• 7–10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Leadership experience of 3–5 years.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end management, delivery and support of Risk Adjustment Programs.
• Oversee engagement governance, budget, scope, resources and outcomes.
• Communicate project status to executives and stakeholders.
