CoxHealth is seeking a manager to oversee risk adjustment programs for Cox HealthPlans (CHP). The role ensures risk-adjusted revenue matches members health status, and requires deep financial knowledge to design and execute operational strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/finance within health-related fields and experience with risk adjustment. This position is based in Missouri, with standard business hours.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance or related healthcare field.
• Experience with risk adjustment programs and government program compliance preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate risk adjustment programs for CHP.
• Collaborate with staff and leaders to align risk-adjusted revenue with health status.
• Analyze financial aspects of risk adjustment models and provide analytics to leadership.
