Job summary

Xe.com is seeking a Revenue Planning & Operations Manager in Irvine, CA to shape the driver-based revenue model and lead annual planning. You will align finance, sales, marketing, and product to deliver on targets and drive performance across the organization.

You will own quarterly targets, forecast reconciliation, and cross-functional cadences, with a focus on credible planning and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations, FP&A, or related fields in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the driver-based revenue model for planning and target setting.
• Run the annual planning cycle and reconcile bottom-up with top-down submissions.
• Set quarterly targets and map initiatives to expected impact and owners.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile operating plan and financial forecast.
• Pressure-test plans against capacity, pipeline, and historical performance.
• Oversee the OKR framework, target setting, and progress tracking across functions.
• Lead executive and cross-functional cadences (QBRs/MBRs) and drive decisions to closure.
• Hold teams accountable by tracking decisions, actions, and blockers.
