Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a strategic Vice President, Finance to lead corporate finance and accounting across multiple locations, including Irvine, CA.

The role drives long-term plans, financial performance, and operational discipline while guiding senior leadership on investments and risk management. The executive will oversee A/R, A/P, and Controller functions, develop robust financial models, and partner with field leaders to optimize margins and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced degree, CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Public Accounting experience and senior leadership exposure preferred.
• Experience partnering with field/operational leadership to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key financial advisor to the President and senior leadership on performance, priorities, investments, growth opportunities, and risks.
• Lead development and execution of short- and long-term business plans and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support significant decisions and growth opportunities.
• Oversee corporate finance and accounting activities, including Controller, A/R, and A/P functions.
• Lead external audit coordination and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.
• Partner with operations leaders to understand drivers of margins and profitability across locations.
