Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, strategy or a related analytical role.
• Strong track record delivering ambiguous initiatives from framing to execution.
• Exceptional analytical and modeling abilities across forecasting and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial planning and forecasting, linking referral growth targets to market opportunity and capacity.
• Design territory, account segmentation, and target account methodologies to focus on high-value opportunities.
• Develop quota and incentive methodologies with clear controls and economics.
