Legion Health in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead to build and operate the commercial system behind Provider Partnerships and referral growth.

You will connect growth goals to territories, capacity, incentives, data, workflows, and the decisions our field team makes daily, reporting to the Head of Provider Partnerships. This senior IC role will grow into leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue operations or similar analytical roles.
• Ability to frame problems and translate into actionable workflows.
• Strong forecasting, territory design, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial planning and forecasting aligned to referral growth.
• Design territory segmentation and target-account methodologies.
• Build scenario models for market entry and capacity decisions.
• Develop quota, incentives, and finance-ready recommendations.
• Govern CRM and the commercial data model across providers and activities.
• Define KPI frameworks and trusted dashboards for multiple metrics.
• Lead tech, automation, and AI roadmap to improve workflows and adoption.
• Improve end-to-end Provider Partnerships processes from selection to growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cross-border resolution.
• Set operating cadence for forecasts, pipelines, and reviews.
• Lead cross-functional changes with clear ownership and handoffs.
• Define future Revenue Operations & Strategy organization and hiring plan.
