Qualifications

• Requires degree or certification in support of specialized functions (ASN/BSN for clinical, AHIMA/AAPC for coding, JD for legal, MIS/ITIL for IT).
• Three years of hospital or physician billing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing terminology and processes.
• Ability to plan and manage resources within budget.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in individual and group settings.
• Ability to organize and manage work to meet performance expectations.
• Promote teamwork and develop team members.
• Ability to manage within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Cycle operations for all assigned teams with clinical/technical/legal knowledge.
• Monitor team performance, identify incidents and trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets; optimize cost to collect and productivity.
• Provide strategic planning, labor management, and administration for assigned areas.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance; coordinate with new billing entities integration.
