Jobot is seeking a Revenue Cycle Leader to own the entire patient financial services function, including billing, collections, cash posting, and patient access. You will set strategy, build controls, and become the go-to authority on compliance and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years in a management-level revenue cycle role with strong billing and collections experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care billing and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient financial services including billing, collections, cash posting, and patient access.
• Partner with HIM, Case Management, IT, and clinical departments to tighten billing accuracy.
• Build and run a QA program to ensure billing accuracy and audit readiness.
• Own departmental budgeting and drive performance to plan.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on billing compliance and payer requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, commercial).
• Design and track KPIs: A/R aging, collection rates, payer mix, denials, appeal success, bad debt.
• Identify and fix revenue leakage across charge capture, coding, and reimbursement.
• Lead insurance verification, coding review, and payment posting process improvements.
• Manage and renegotiate managed care payer relationships and contracts.
• Run revenue cycle strategy meetings to align the department.
