Job summary

Innovatix Technology Partners is seeking a senior Revenue Cycle Leader to oversee patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management and collections to optimize financial performance. You will develop strategies to improve revenue integrity, reduce denials, accelerate cash collections, and enhance reimbursement outcomes, while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

• Lead and oversee revenue cycle operations including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management, and collections.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue integrity, reduce denials, accelerate cash collections, and enhance reimbursement outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze revenue cycle data, and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and financial growth.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational regulations, while maintaining documentation and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, payers, and external partners to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.
