Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Executive Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management to lead national revenue cycle strategy and operations across specialty hospitals, ASCs, and clinic offices. This role oversees billing, collections, AR, patient financial services, and related policies and performance standards enterprise-wide.

The position offers predominantly remote work with structured travel, reports to a chief-level executive, and a focus on elevating revenue optimization as a strategic function

Qualifications

• 10+ years of revenue cycle management experience.
• 5+ years of escalating executive responsibility with VP-level or higher leadership.
• Experience supporting multispecialty physician practices across multiple locations.
• Strong financial management with understanding of reimbursement structures and regulations.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and strategy-to-operations translation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national revenue cycle strategy across hospitals, ASCs, and clinics.
• Establish enterprise-wide policies and procedures for revenue cycle operations.
• Monitor AR, collections, and payer performance to targets; maintain timely billing.
• Create performance metrics and monthly reporting to track progress against goals.
• Lead organizational design and staffing for the revenue cycle team and drive staff development.
