Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education required, some postsecondary education preferred.
• Two years of experience in hospital access, physician office billing and/or collections or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Record or generate revenue by gathering and processing information that impacts the patient revenue process.
• Perform duties with high production levels and in compliance with DUHS policy standards.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, physicians, co-workers and supervisors.
• Operate general office equipment, generate letters, and work on spreadsheets. Enter and sort data.
