Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support analytics, processes, and controls within our Revenue Cycle team. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to increase revenue and efficiency, document new procedures, and develop training resources for stakeholders.

You will work with billing, coding, reimbursement workflows, and related software, applying analytical thinking and collaboration to drive enterprise results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Admin or related field.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience preferred.
• 2+ years in Revenue Cycle processes (billing, coding, reimbursement, denials).
• Proficient with revenue cycle software and EHR/Billing systems.
• Strong Windows PC skills.
• Ability to use independent judgement and decision-making.
• Project management, change management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Leadership and results orientation.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Cycle analytics and analyze processes to boost revenue and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain controls for assigned processes as new tech is introduced.
• Document new processes and create training resources as needed.
• Help develop written procedures and training guides based on processes.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management based on findings.
