Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Revenue Accounting professional to join our growing Accounting Team. You will drive revenue accounting operations, AR accounting, and financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers and ASC 326.
• Experience with AR accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to influence across departments and drive change.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of accounting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily revenue accounting operations with ASC 606 compliance.
• Own month-end close for revenue, deferrals, and AR journal entries.
• Oversee AR accounting functions, aging analyses, and reconciliations.
• Lead quarterly CECL aging analysis and metrics for management reporting.
• Perform month-end close flux analysis and explain variances.
• Collaborate with Finance Ops, Strategy, Billing Support and partners.
• Support revenue system initiatives from design to testing and optimization.
• Serve as SME for revenue and AR accounting across the org.
• Lead external audit coordination and year-end activities.
• Maintain documentation for revenue and AR processes.
