Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive volumetric growth in the District of Columbia region. The role emphasizes achieving monthly objectives, expanding distribution, and delivering effective in-store promotions in collaboration with retail partners.

You will plan customer visits, communicate pricing/promotions, and ensure product freshness and proper shelf placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS/GED with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver license and reliable automobile transportation.
• Must lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives and acquiring new business while maintaining established distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating displays and POS materials, events and other product promotion opportunities.
• Maintain QC and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 1-3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma + 4-5+ years of specific experience
