Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Retail Safety Program Manager to lead safety initiatives across store locations in the United States. You will develop policies, drive compliance with OSHA regulations, and partner with Store Operations, Risk Management, and Asset Protection to reduce injuries and improve safety performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in safety/risk, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in occupational safety, compliance, or risk management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain retail store safety policies and procedures.
• Lead company-wide store safety initiatives to prevent injuries.
• Standardize safety practices across all store locations.
• Prepare reports on safety performance for senior leadership.
• Investigate OSHA complaints and incidents.
• Conduct safety audits and store visits.
• Design and lead safety training for leaders and associates.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and mitigation.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response procedures.
