Qualifications

• Strong background in retail leasing transactions including dealing with major landlords.
• Ability to negotiate lease clauses.
• Property management experience; retail, commercial and industrial.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly with major corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver leasing services to clients as per client contract.
• Manage successful lease renewals and negotiate rental terms.
• Maintain ongoing client relationship management.
• Increase tenure across portfolios and improve security and utility of tenure.
• Contribute to operational savings by negotiating longer lease durations.
