Job summary

The Western Union Company is hiring a Manager FP&A Retail Strategic to lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Strategic Retail business. This role partners with Retail and Sales leaders to deliver actionable insights and drive profitability, customer growth, and strategic decisions.

You will develop financial models, monitor performance, and prepare leadership presentations. The position is hybrid, based in Atlanta or Miami, with at least three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related field
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models and business analyses
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools
• MBA/CPA/CFA or other advanced credentials preferred
• Experience supporting retail, commercial, or large customer portfolios
• Experience with strategic retail accounts or large customer portfolios
• Experience with planning and reporting systems (Essbase, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and operating plan processes for Strategic Retail
• Perform detailed profitability and performance analyses to support objectives
• Partner with Retail and Sales leaders to drive business performance
• Develop and maintain financial models and management reporting tools
• Monitor performance, risks, opportunities, and trends
• Provide recommendations to improve results and customer profitability
• Prepare financial reports, reviews, forecasts, and leadership presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Support Finance and CFO projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure policy compliance
