The Western Union Company seeks a Manager FP&A Retail Strategic to lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for Strategic Retail. You will partner with Retail, Sales, and Operations to deliver actionable insights, build financial models, and drive profitability and growth across key accounts.

Based in Atlanta or Miami with hybrid work, you will mentor the team, develop management reports, and support strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or related field experience.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analyses.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models and analyses.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and operating plan processes for Strategic Retail.
• Perform detailed financial, profitability, and performance analyses.
• Act as a finance partner to Retail and Sales leaders with actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and reports.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
• Support customer profitability analysis and strategic account planning.
• Prepare financial reports, business reviews, forecasts, and leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in Finance and CFO projects and initiatives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
