Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools
• MBA/CPA/CFA or similar advanced credential preferred
• Experience with retail, commercial, or customer-facing organizations
• Experience with strategic retail accounts or large customer portfolios
• Experience with planning and reporting systems (Essbase, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and operating plan processes for the Strategic Retail business.
• Perform detailed financial, profitability, and performance analyses to support objectives.
• Serve as a day-to-day finance partner to Retail and Sales leaders with insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and management reporting tools.
• Monitor business performance and identify key risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Analyze revenue, margin, expenses, and investments; provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Operations, Accounting, and other stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
